Mysore Palace- 5 KM

The Mysore Palace is a historical palace and is the official residence and seat of the Wodeyars — the royal family of Mysore.It is truly majestic and definitely deserves a visit.

Mysore Zoo- 5 KM

Mysore Zoo is one of the most popular attractions in the city. Spread in an area of 157-acre, it is one of the oldest and most popular zoos in India and home to a wide range of species.

Chamundi Hills – 20 KM

Chamundi Hills is located 13 km east of Mysore . Its average elevation is 1,000 metres (3,300 ft). An energetic visitor will be well repaid by climbing up the 1000 steps, fashioned about 300 years ago, and a good motorable road leads to the top of the hill. The largest and the best know is the large Dravidian Temple, dedicated to Sri Chamundeshwari Devi, the tutelary deity of Mysuru and the royal house.

KRS DAM & Brindavan garden– 22 KM

Krishna Raja Sagara, also popularly known as KRS, is the name of both a lake and the dam that creates it. It is located close to the settlement of Krishnarajasagara. The dam is across Kaveri River, in Mandya in Karnataka state, India. There is an ornamental garden attached to the dam, called Brindavan Gardens.

Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary – 16 KM

Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary  also known as Pakshi Kashi of Karnataka is a bird sanctuary in the Mandya District of the state of Karnataka in India. It is the largest bird sanctuary in the state and comprises six islets on the banks of the Kaveri river. Ranganathittu is located three kilometers away from the historic town of Srirangapatna and 16 kilometres north of Mysore.
