Ranthambore Fort is a UNESCO world heritage site which is located in the Ranthambore National Park. Inside Ranthambore fort, there are three Hindu temples dedicated to Ganesh, Shiva, and Ramlalaji constructed in the 12th and 13th centuries from red Karauli stone. There is also a Jain temple of Lord Sumatinath (5th Jain Tirthankar) and Lord Sambhavanath. Ranthambore Fort is opened for the public from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm and it takes around two to three hours to visit the fort.

Palighat Crocodile park is situated on the banks of Chambal River which is about 35 km away from Ranthambore. The river safari is a unique experience, unlike anything on the Indian wildlife circuit.
