Located at a close proximity to Dal Lake, this 12 terraced garden was modeled on the Persian designs. Surrounded by spectacular Chinar trees, this is believed to be the 2nd largest Mughal garden in the country. Designed by Asif Khan, the elder brother of Nur Jehan, this garden of bliss was built in 1633

Situated at an altitude of 3,888 m, this Hindu shrine is one of the most visited sacred shrines in India. This cave shrine is situated amidst snowy mountains. It is believed to house a beautiful Shiva Linga and that Lord Shiva explained the whole story of the creation of the universe to his partner, Goddess Parvati in this very cave.

Literally translated as “The Angels' Abode”, Pari Mahal is a 7 terraced garden situated at the crest of Zabarwan Mountain. Overlooking Srinagar, it flaunts Islamic architecture. It was built during the reign of Darah Shikoh, the son of the famous Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. It is known to be a popular spot frequented by tourists.

Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden - 7.0 KM

Located in the vicinity of Dal Lake, along the foothills of the Zabarwan Range in Srinagar, Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden is spread over an expanse of 12 hectares. It is believed to be Asia’s largest tulip garden and a hotspot of eco-tourism in Kashmir Valley. It is open to visitors every day between 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
